Aromas of Granny Smith apple, apple pie, lemon
zest, brown sugar, apricot and nectarine. The
palate is zesty and highlighted by apple and
stone fruit. French oak spice adds a creamy
texture around a firm acid structure.
The grapes used to make this wine hail from
Catie’s Corner vineyard located in the northern
area of the Russian River Valley. This famed
growing region is famous for its relatively warm
days and very cool nights attributed to a nightly
marine layer pulled in from the Pacific ocean.
The Russian River’s much wider ancient route
formed fine silty loam soils that Burgundian
varietals, such as Chardonnay, thrive in.

This is an elegant, pretty, lightly oaked white that's stony and savory with lemongrass, nutmeg and a strong crunch of green apple. Its depth of body and ripeness complement its more exotic elements.
